Use SecureLink Mesh responsibly and lawfully.

These terms apply to the public website, downloads, forms, relay access, documentation, and related public services.

These public policy pages are available before preview access is granted and from the onion mirror. Anonymous and onion access requests are handled with data minimization controls.

Eligibility and lawful use

SecureLink Mesh is intended for users age 18 and older. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, including laws about communications, privacy, export controls, sanctions, intellectual property, and content.

Do not use SecureLink Mesh to harm people, exploit minors, distribute malware, commit fraud, threaten violence, conduct unauthorized surveillance, attack systems, or traffic in illegal content.

No guarantee of availability

The public service is provided as available and may change, degrade, rate-limit, suspend, or stop at any time. Relays and networks should be treated as untrusted transport, not as a guarantee of anonymity or safety.

Downloads and updates

You are responsible for downloading packages from trusted SecureLink Mesh pages and verifying package integrity where verification information is provided. Do not redistribute modified packages as official SecureLink releases.

Abuse controls

We may block, throttle, or investigate traffic that appears abusive, automated at excessive rates, malicious, or inconsistent with these terms. We may preserve limited records when needed to protect the service or comply with law.

Dead drops and submitted material

Do not upload illegal, exploitative, malicious, rights-infringing, or intentionally harmful material. Dead drops may receive files from people the recipient does not know, and recipients are responsible for reviewing submissions safely in an isolated environment before opening, forwarding, publishing, or relying on them.

SecureLink Mesh cannot verify source material, remove every metadata risk, or guarantee that a submission is lawful, safe, accurate, complete, or anonymous.

Disclaimers and liability

SecureLink Mesh is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or safety outcomes arising from use of the service.
