We minimize what the public service can know.

This policy explains what the public website, download service, relay, and forms handle. It is written for U.S. users and will be updated as the service expands.

These public policy pages are available before preview access is granted and from the onion mirror. Anonymous and onion access requests are handled with data minimization controls.

Information we collect

If you only read pages or download files, standard internet delivery metadata may be processed, such as IP address, browser details, requested path, timestamp, and approximate network location. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

If you submit a form, we collect the information you provide, such as name, email address, organization, message, form type, timestamp, and basic anti-abuse metadata. Do not submit secrets, private keys, passphrases, invite codes, or sensitive files.

How we use information

Provide downloads, documentation, forms, and relay availability.
Respond to bug reports, support requests, and sponsorship inquiries.
Protect the website and relay from abuse, fraud, denial-of-service attempts, and malicious automation.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce acceptable use rules.

Children and age

SecureLink is intended for adults age 18 and older. For U.S. child-privacy compliance, the public service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. This does not change the 18+ intended-use policy. If you believe a child submitted information through a public form, use the support form to request deletion.

Public downloads use local adult-use confirmation. We do not store identity documents on this site.

Retention and sharing

We keep public form submissions only as long as needed to respond, maintain security, or satisfy legal obligations. We may use service providers to host the website, deliver downloads, protect against abuse, and process forms. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of information submitted through public forms. We may need enough information to locate the request and may retain limited records where required for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
